Pajero's exterior rear view mirrors include a demister and integrated turn indicators to provide greater visibility and clear indications to other road users of your actions.

High Intensity Discharge (HID) head lamps
High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps on the Pajero Exceed offer optimal night visibility - with a wider view and brighter, daylight-type illumination. Automatic headlamp levelling and headlamp washers prevent you from dazzling other drivers on the road and ensure maximum visibility.

Fog lamps
Front fog lamps on the Pajero Exceed, VRX and X models provide extra visibility in difficult driving situations and add to the overall driving experience.

Spare Wheel Cover
The visibility concept incorporates a centrally mounted spare wheel in a lowered position providing greater rearward visibility. A hard rear whee cover keeps it protected at all times.

Alloy wheels
The Pajero looks undeniably stylish and sleek, with either 17-inch or 18-inch silver alloy wheels.

Side step
A sturdy and convenient side-step makes it easy to get in and out of the Pajero - particularly for children, or when loading items into the vehicle.

Privacy glass
Tinted window glass at the rear of the Pajero provides added privacy, and helps keep valuable interiors out of sight. The tint is ingrained in the glass so won't peel or scratch like some laminates.

Spoiler
A rear spoiler in the Pajero Exceed, VRX and X adds a sporty, rugged touch to the Pajero's exterior.

Roof rails
Roof rails are standard on all models allowing you to fit Roof racks from Mitsubishis Genuine Accessory Range. Perfect for adding on bikes, skis and all your adventure and storage needs.

Electric Sunroof
The optional full sized sunroof helps bring the outdoors in.

Dusk Sensing Headlamps
Exceed boasts dusk sensing headlamps, which help you stay focussed on the road at all times. A sensor on the windscreen automatically sends a signal to your lights and they will turn on when its gets dark or when you're travelling through tunnel.

Auto Rain Sensing Wipers
Exceeed comes equipped with premium technology like rain sensing wipers. A sensor automatically detects moisture on the windscreen and according to the amount of rain present the system will activate the wipers at the appropriate speed.

Leather-wrapped steering wheel

Bluetooth®
Bluetooth® technology is available across the Pajero range, with an on-dash button for answering and ending calls, and audio-integration. When a Bluetooth® compatible phone is within the vehicle, it will be automatically connected to the Bluetooth® module. And when a call comes through, the Bluetooth® system automatically cuts the radio.

Illuminated Vanity Mirrors
Handy lighting on the front-passenger vanity mirrors in the Pajero Exceed provides and additional element of comfort and luxury.

Mitsubishi Multi Communication System
MMCS not only directs you to your destination with Satellite Navigation touch screen functionality, but puts you in control of vehicle information like maintenance instructions and audio settings. The system, available with the Pajero Exceed, is also iPod compatible.

Third Row Seats
Pajero 5 door models comfortably sit seven people. The third row of seats can be completely removed or, or simply fold and store under the rear floor, providing greater rear cargo storage.

Heated Seats
Pajero Exceed, VRX and X have leather front and second row seats with heated front seats for comfort.

Rear Entertainment DVD
Why should the driver have all the fun? In the Pajero, rear-seat passengers can enjoy sophisticated in-car entertainment with their very own DVD player and a 9-inch full colour screen. MATT™: Mitsubishi All Terrain Technology
In addition to providing new levels of stability and control, the sophisticated MATTTM package includes a number of features to help you avoid accidents and keep you safe. Some of these features include Active Tracton Control, Active Stability Control and Multi-Mode Anti0lock BS brakes with EBD.

Active Stability Control (ASC) and Active Traction Control (ATC)
Also part of MATT™ Active Stabilty Control (ASC) and Active Traction Control (ATC) will help you get to your destination more safely by helping to maintain your intended driving line with greater control tough cornering situations. ASC automatically recognises over and under steer and applies necessary braking to keep you on-line. ATC intelligently senses loss of traction and applies the necessary power and torque to the relevant wheels to keep you safely in control whatever the surface and conditions.

Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE)
You'll feel safe knowing you're protected by the strong body created by the Mitsubishi Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution (RISE) system. It means you and your passengers are protected by the latest energy-absorbing chassis design and technology. In the event of a collision, impact-absorbing crushable zones are designed to absorb and dissipate energy away from the passenger compartment, keeping you and your passengers cocooned and protected.

Multi-mode Anti lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Breakforce Distribution (EBD)
As part of Pajero's Mitsubishi All Terrain Technology (MATT™) ABS with EBD actively monitors different wheel speeds and evenly distributes break pressure across the front and rear wheels depending on vehicle load. Under heavier loads, EBD provides shorter breaking distances enhancing your overall control and level of safety.

Reversing Camera
The Pajero Exceed has a reversing camera that enhances your rear field of vision, automatically appearing on screen when reverse gear is engaged - helping eliminate the biggest blind spot of all.

Reversing sensors
The Pajero's reversing sensors will warn you if you're getting too close to an object behind you. and will also take the last centimetre of quesswork out of parking or backing into a tight space.

SRS airbags

MIVEC engine
The 3.8 litre v6 MIVEC engine (Mitsubishi innovative Valve timing and lift Electronic Control) offers the latest technology with a lighter engine and intelligent valve timing technology to deliver improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions, while providing improved driveability. The MIVEC engine matches your driving style to minimise fuel consumption at lower revs while increasing air flow at high revs for a greater performance up to an awesome 184kW.

INVECS II 'Smart Logic' transmission
The Mitsubishi 5-speed INVECS II (Intelligent and Innovative Vehicle Electronic Control System) automatic transmission operates by switching between logic controls. An onboard computer learns and adapts to each driver's preferences by recording engine and foot braking data. The control logic then adapts the automatic gearshift timing to suit that driver's style, while minimising torque function fluctuation for effortless acceleration and more predictable ride.

Common Rail turbo diesel engine
The very latest in diesel engine technology delivers power without compromise.
